Glide the pencil along the waterline, close to the lashline to tightline, or gradually increase and build the line to create a more dramatic or graphic look. Work on one eye at a time and blend immediately after application with a brush or your finger. Remove with any makeup remover.
Are the products Vegan?
Yes, all colors of the Eyeliner Pencil are Vegan with the exception of Purple. The Purple eyeliner contains the ingredient Carmine and therefore can not be considered 100% Vegan makeup.
Do the products contain Gluten (grain of any kind)?
